Seated Back Work
Being relaxed and balanced while lying on the table is great, but how do you sit, stand, and move around with your new body pattern? Working with you seated helps you find the connection between your feet and your back. At the same time, each vertebrae gets detailed attention that feels great. Many people say this is one of their favorite aspects of Rolfing. Seated work can be done in virtually any session, or in every session for those with back issues.
