More Tummy Work in Session 5

To work with psoas and iliacus, I prefer to anchor the muscle and fascia and use your movement to help the tissue open. This approach is gentle and respectful for the internal organs, and allows you to control the intensity level with your movement. This photo shows the knee starting upright and dropping down to the side, which puts a comfortable stretch on the iliacus and psoas while I'm working on them.
