Work on the Lower Leg in Session 4
The fascial network continues up the inside of the leg. At the inner knee, there is an important converenge of tissues. Two of the hamstring muscles and the sartorius muscle (which travels diagonally accross the front of the thigh) join together, as well as the adductor muscles from the inner thigh. If area is tender, it indicates that the whole body will benefit from organizing this area of the fascia.
