Working on Ankles and Lower Legs in Session 2

The ankle is one of the most important joints in the body. The bump on the outside of the ankle is actually the end of the fibula, the skinny flexible bone on the outside of your leg. The bump on the inside of the ankle is the end of the tibia, the big bone that bears most of the weight. These two bones flex and rotate during walking, creating another level of shock absorption (in addition to the arches of the feet). If you've spent too many hours running on pavement or standing on concrete, we may need to address the lower leg to allow the bones to move naturally.
