Working on the Feet in Session 2

Working on the Feet in Session 2

The arches of the feet provide important shock absorption for the rest of the body. Each foot has 26 bones and they all must be doing their job when you walk. Are you rolling all the way to the tips of your toes with each step? When you stand, are your toes connected to the floor or do they lift to compensate for your weight being too far back? Do your feet tend to collapse inward, or roll out to bear weight mostly on the outer edge? When we optimize the feet, walking is a true pleasure.
